WANTED: Your Input on Hypervisor Benchmark

A few months ago, EEMBC and the prpl Foundation announced a partnership to co-develop a benchmark for measuring the impact of using a hypervisor in IoT edge and other embedded devices. The benchmark will allow processor, OS, and hypervisor vendors to fairly demonstrate their performance advantages (or disadvantages?).

If this benchmark interests you, please take a few minutes and complete our online survey. We’ll use this information to set the features of this benchmark.

Linley IoT Hardware Conference 2017

To better prepare for the challenges in IoT and wearable design, join the Linley Group’s IoT conference on July 25 - 26 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, Santa Clara, CA. This two-day, single-track conference will cover hardware design for a variety of IoT applications. EEMBC will be exhibiting at this conference.

Attendance is free to qualified online registrants.

EEMBC Expands In-house Testing Services

The EEMBC Technology Center benchmark testing services include porting the benchmarks to the target platform(s), running the benchmarks and reporting scores, comparing different hardware platforms and different hardware configurations, and comparing different tool chains and different optimization options.
